Orders placed within Canada or USA: We are not able to offer refunds at this time. If the size you have ordered does not fit you properly please email us your order number along with your desired size change. Please note that shipping costs back to our warehouse will not be covered.
Orders placed outside of Canada and the US: We are not able to offer returns or exchanges at this time. If your product has arrived damaged please email us and attach a photo.
